| Normand was born and brought up in Lowell, Ma. and is now a resident of Dracut, Ma. Norm has a great love for Lowell and It's History and has been taking photographs of family and friends from the age of 13 years old when he purchased his very first 35mm film camera.
Taking his passion for photography to a new level Norm completed the Digital Photography Certification Program at Middlesex Community College in Bedford Ma. In April of 2008
"Spectacular" the photograph below was taken in Franconia New Hampshire while on vacation In July of 2008 and is the winner of the Arts League of Lowell Award for the First Annual Juried Photography Show [EXPOSED] January 31, 2009
"Spectacular" is also 1st place winner of the Lowell Camera Club competition 3/09
"Bunker & Zakim" is Winner of the Arts League of Lowell Peoples Choice Award for the Second Annual Juried Photography Show [EXPOSED II] January 2010
