| Normand was born and brought up in Lowell, Ma. and is now a resident of Dracut, Ma. Norm has a great love for Lowell and It's History and has been taking photographs of family and friends from the age of 13 years old when he purchased his very first 35mm film camera.
Taking his passion for photography to a new level Norm completed the Digital Photography Certification Program at Middlesex Community College in Bedford Ma. In April of 2008
